Christmas Mantel and Stocking Stuffers

Merry mantle decorating from the squirrel nest.  We are prepared for Santa to fill the stockings because we have been very good this year.  Have you been good this year?

My Auntie Carla made my stocking when I was a baby.  It is one of my most coveted belongings.

I taught myself needlework to stitch Sean's stocking a few years ago.  Who made your stockings, Target, a family member?

The middle stocking are for all the furry family members, Maggie, Bella, Milly, Lola and the not so furry turtle, Bubba.

Growing up in the Roggenkamp home, Santa was always very practical with his stocking stuffers.  The usuals were deodorant, soap, socks, gum, face wash and other toiletries which was especially appreciated during the broke college years.  Thanks Mrs. Claus for the great stocking stuffers!

Much love and happiness to Christmas morning, stocking stuffers and all of the elves out there that made christmas morning such a special time.  My favorite memory was waking up super early to sneak out to see if the stockings were full.  Such absolutely thrilling memories.  What is your most favorite Christmas morning memory?
